2. General Conditions of Use and Acceptance of the same

The purpose of these general conditions of use of the website, together with the particular conditions that may be established, is to regulate and inform users of the services provided by PTV and to regulate the use of the website.

The navigation and use of the services of the website implies the acceptance as a User and without reservations of any kind, of all the general conditions of use, the general contracting conditions if any and any others that may exist in relation to the provision of PTV’s services.

PTV will only be liable for the damages that the User may suffer as a consequence of the use of the website when such damages are attributable to the wilful misconduct of PTV.
